CREATING AN INTEGRATED, UNIFIED AND COMPLETE CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP SYSTEM

Dorsum’s latest development, a “development idea” for the communications industry belongs to the information technology services sector. The plugin may be suitable for wealth management or private banking organizations. Dorsum has a long history of producing asset management software. This software is modular in design, so you can connect additional modules to a basic software. The modules always try to respond to the needs of the customer. One of the biggest questions these days is where wealth management or private banking organizations get new clients. The answer to this question is not easy as our current systems are designed to manage existing clients and not to acquire new ones. Marketing automation and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software are the best suited for acquiring new customers, and they are still available in the market. To compete in this competition, Dorsum aims to integrate its software into the marketing activities that are best suited to the market, enabling organizations active in wealth management or private banking to gain more clients. We plan to add a financial planner interest generator and a customer relationship management module to our core system. Nowadays, investment planning systems are only available at robotic consultants offering online investments. In this area, Dorsum plans to extend this opportunity to prospective clients of wealth management or private banking organizations, without registration.
The software we develop results in the application of a new method in our service delivery, through which process innovation is realized. We are more efficient than classic and other forms of yield calculator, profiling and CRM by combining classic CRM with asset management software. By doing so, we reach many more customers at the same time, while not losing or even exceeding the traditional path to customer acquisition, and providing a very high user experience for both parties (advisory clients) in the process through the use of modern technology and tools.
