Sales Executive in the UK market

Our clientele includes almost every large bank and wealth management firm in the region, and a significant portion of securities trading and clearing is done through our systems. 

Dorsum offers a complete suite of back-to-front-office wealth and investment management solutions for commercial banks, investment providers, asset management firms, insurance companies, pension funds and national treasuries. We work in close professional partnerships with key domestic and international central securities and monetary clearinghouses. Our company also works with most of the region’s international banking groups in numerous countries. 

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive who has an entrepreneurial approach to expand sales and business development efforts in the UK Financial / Wealth & Investment Management sector and to boost our presence. In this role your success will reflect in sales achievements, long term customer relationships and satisfaction.

In this job you will:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities/strategic partnerships in Financial / Wealth & Investment Management sector.
  • Shape and execute Dorsum’s international growth strategy in the UK markets.
  • Plan and execute the sales strategy in order to meet the agreed milestones and timescales and to ensure that sales targets are achieved or exceeded.
  • Visit potential clients, existing & potential partners, attend trade shows and other industry events to generate leads, capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities.
  • Focus on an outstanding customer experience and become your customers’ trusted advisor.
  • Work with internal departments such as Marketing/Product teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply.
  • Elaborate solutions for the challenges of the investment / wealth management market. 
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions
  • Be a brand ambassador and always reflect company values.

Who you are:

  • Minimum BA/MA degree in IT OR Finance/Economics OR equivalent.
  • You bring min. 3-5 years of B2B / Partner sales experience in IT OR Financial sector.
  • Demonstrate success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. 
  • Able to understand, articulate and position the value of high-technology services to the customer.
  • Write and speak English at a close to native level is necessary.
  • Appreciate the opportunity to travel frequently.
