Over the last 20+ years the company has grown from a few employees into an organization with a staff of more than 280 including an experienced project team for delivering integrated investments IT solutions.
We are looking for a Business Operation Consultant who will support the daily work of the CEO and play an active role in internal projects.
Who are you:
- Hold a degree in Economics / Business
- Have a minimum of 2 years of work experience gained at a consulting company or in the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in English and in Hungarian
- Gained experience in project management, and don’t shy away from complex tasks.
- Outstanding problem solving, analytical, communication and presentation skills.
What you will do in this job:
You’ll be joining a newly established team led by the CEO.
- You will be delivering impactful internal projects and coordinating between different departments and business functional leaders.
- We expect you to prepare preparatory materials, such as market assessments and profitability calculations for business decision making and assist in finding solutions by gathering and analyzing data.
- Summarize analytical findings in a coherent manner and contribute to the creation of high-quality deliverables.
- Take responsibility for project work streams and independently manage them.
- Make conceptual proposals in accordance with the dedicated topics and provide ideas and information regarding new business opportunities, proposals, reference visits and company presentations that serve to achieve the client’s and company’s business goals.
- Support the CEO’s work as a background consultant.
- Develop partner relationships through interactions with client personnel.
