The campaign theme for this year’s International Women’s Day is „Inspire Inclusion”.

Normally, when writing an article about International Women’s Day, our Communications Team thinks about how the theme applies to Dorsum and share general thoughts on the subject in an impartial voice. This year however, the theme inspired us, to include 😉 as many people as possible, so we asked the women of Dorsum to share the first thing that comes to their mind when they hear the term „inspire inclusion”.
