FinovateEurope 2017 is a two-day demo-based conference. The event brings together the entire FinTech community to showcase cutting-edge banking, financial and payments technology in a unique, short-form, demo-only format as well as insights from global financial service experts. Dorsum’s Botboarding platform debuted earlier this year at the FinovateEurope conference in London and the demonstration gained a Best of Show award. In Dubai the company would like to show the advanced specifications of the platform. On the platform customer onboarding chatbots can be created which are communicating in a human-like way, by using workflows and Natural Language Processing (powered by IBM Watson) for data gathering of the customers and making the user profiling. But with the improved solution, the new customer can go further and even open a new wealth management account only by using a mobile phone. The chatbot assists them to download a secure app for making the final steps for account opening, including user identification which can be done by a video call. Our solution provides a truly digital way of account opening based on the mobile-first approach. All the data collected in the app during chatting is forwarded to the bank’s CRM system. The whole process can be followed on a dashboard system where real-time statistics and customization are available in a live infographic format.
