Dorsum Co. Ltd. has taken the following measures considering the latest developments in the pandemic:
From September 7, 2020 all our employees work from home, full time. We will change our daily modus operandi back to our successfully implemented working model during the first wave of the pandemic:
- Pausing personal client meetings, discussions and postponing domestic and international travel.
- Establishment of a substitution solution at business analysist, key account and managerial level.
- Maintenance and support of services in unchanged quality, according to contractual obligations.
We still recommend WebEx and Microsoft Teams for digital customer meetings. These advanced cloud-based collaboration solutions are capable of sharing video and image content as well as connecting multiple users at the same time, making them ideal for larger meetings. You can find instructions for using them in the attached documents. Of course, we are open to other digital communication solutions besides these.
