Summary of the project:
Dorsum Co. Ltd. successfully implemented the GINOP-3.1.2-8-2-4-16-2017-00025, Expanding the international market presence and relations of Dorsum Co. Ltd. project which was executed until April 2019. The subsidy of HUF 23,709,113 was used to support its foreign market activities.
In order to determine its foreign market strategy, Dorsum Co. Ltd. also commissioned a market research to get a professional advice on how to enter the international market, and then started its activities in accordance with this study. The market research has shown that participation in trade fairs is essential to increase a company’s international, regional presence. It is important to participate in international and local professional forums where potential clients are present. The main purpose of these events is to build brand awareness for the company as well as to present the products in personally to potential customers.
Furthermore, according to our own experience, the most effective sales tool in our industry is the personal direct sales, which can be executed through participation in conferences and exhibitions. In this way, the message can be delivered to all target market personalities on the same channel. The GINOP-3.1.2-8-2-4-16-2017-00025 support contributed greatly to the implementation of this international market entering strategy.
During the implementation of the project, we participated in 13 international conferences, during which we managed to make Dorsum a well-known name in the Central and Eastern European market, a company delivering high quality services. We have managed to reach large banks that also have a cross-border banking network and subsidiaries. With this strategy, we were able to learn about the different needs of different countries through the subsidiaries. In addition to finding new relationships, we were able to strengthen our already established network of contacts and relationships.
The conferences we attended also gave professionally a great experience to Dorsum’s representatives, and we learnt a lot about the current trends in the financial technology field, including the digital transformation of banks.
