SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THE APPLICATION WON UNDER THE SZÉCHENYI 2020 OPERATIONAL PROGRAM FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND INNOVATION

Supported project title: Automatic creation and communication of personalized investment advice for banking clients based on their preferences, financial situation and market environment. Identification Number: GINOP-2.1.1-15-2015-00604

Under the Széchenyi 2020 program, Dorsum Zrt. received a grant of HUF 161.67 million (with a support rate of 50.11%) in a tender entitled Support for R&D Activities of Enterprises announced in the framework of the Operational Program for Economic Development and Innovation. Dorsum Zrt., recognizing the needs of the market and in line with current trends, has developed a so-called “virtual advice” mass push message, and the project was successfully completed on January 31, 2018.

The development belongs to the communications industry and the information technology services sector, which address financial institutions, including wealth management or private banking organizations. The main feature of the innovation created by Dorsum Zrt. is that it is based exclusively on the technology available on today’s computers and smart devices and combines it with the advisory role. We have created a virtually complete hybrid solution where the computer program and the consultant work together to serve the customer at a higher level.

The software developed by Dorsum Zrt. results in the application of a new method of service delivery, through which we have implemented a process innovation. The project has resulted in a service that meets the needs of today’s digital customer. There is no closest similar technology in the industry, currently consulting conducted in person or over the phone, which is why Dorsum is innovative and completely unique.

The location of the completed investment is the Dorsum Zrt. branch in Miskolc.
