For the second time in a row, Dorsum’s solution, Botboarding has been shortlisted for the WealthBriefing European Awards 2018 in the Onboarding category.
These prestigious awards recognise excellence within the wealth management and family office industry. They were designed to recognise companies, teams and individuals which the panel of judges consider as who ‘demonstrated innovation and excellence during 2017’.
Commenting on the firm’s shortlisting, Mr. Róbert Kő, CEO of Dorsum said: “We are delighted to have been shortlisted for the awards also this year, it is a great accomplishment for Dorsum. It is clear that the future of finance is heading towards digitalization, and we strongly believe that our solutions are supporting this trend on the most innovative way, using AI and our knowledge on wealth management to provide cost effective, easy-to-use platforms such as Botboarding.”
The solution which was shortlisted is an enhanced version of the platform debuted in 2017. On our Botboarding platform, AI-based and customized onboarding chatbots can be created for any kinds of banking products. The solution is using workflows and NLP (natural language processing) for better communication. The chatbots’ aim is to establish the contact with the new potential customers, collect the most important information about them, raise their awareness, provide information about the bank’s products and guide them ‘till the opening of their new account.
ClearView Financial Media’s Chief Executive, and Publisher of WealthBriefing, Stephen Harris, was first to extend his congratulations to the shortlisted firms. He said: “The firms who have been shortlisted in these awards are all worthy competitors, and I would like to extend my heartiest congratulations. These awards are judged on the basis of entrants’ submissions and their response to a number of specific questions, which had to be answered focusing on the client experience, not quantitative performance metrics. That is a unique, and I believe, compelling feature. These awards will recognise the very best operators in the private client industry, with ‘independence’, ‘integrity’ and ‘genuine insight’ the watchwords of the judging process – such that the awards truly reflect excellence in wealth management. Our aim is to make these annual awards one of the brightest, and keenly contested highlights in the wealth management calendar.”
Winners will be announced at a gala awards dinner, which will be held in London on 26th April at The Guildhall.
