As an Account Manager at Dorsum, you’ll be the go-to person for a portfolio of amazing clients. You’ll build strong, meaningful partnerships while helping them thrive and grow. It’s all about collaboration, problem-solving, and delivering real value. If you’re someone who’s passionate about people, business, and making things happen, this is your chance to shine.

What Your Days Will Look Like:

  • Own the Relationships: work closely with a group of key clients to create deep, meaningful partnerships.
  • Be their trusted advisor, understanding their needs and helping them succeed.
  • Drive Success:
    • Stay one step ahead — spot what clients need and make sure their challenges turn into opportunities.
    • Partner with internal teams to plan and manage high-value projects. Projects? Nailed. Goals? Smashed.
  • Solve Problems Like a Pro:
    • Be the first point of contact for your clients. Listen, address their concerns, and keep them informed.
    • Ensure every issue is prioritized and resolved quickly by coordinating with the right teams.
  • Make an Impact:
    • Bring fresh ideas to the table and suggest products or services that take your clients’ businesses to the next level.
    • Help with budgeting, hitting revenue goals, and keeping everything running smoothly.
  • Keep It Organized:
    • Manage contracts, maintain accurate records, and make sure all client data is up-to-date in our systems.

We’d love to meet someone who:

  • A natural communicator who loves working with people.
  • Someone with an eye for detail and a knack for juggling multiple projects.
  • A creative problem-solver who’s ready to adapt and take charge.
  • Got at least 5 years in account management, sales or client-facing roles? Great! Fintech or tech industry creds? Even better!
  • Comfortable using tech tools like CRMs, project management software, and reporting tools.
