In the last years we attended two Finovate events, while winning a Best of Show award, we showed how our Botboarding platform evolved and how it creates a seamless onboarding process. We launched a brand new product, My Wealth (Wealth Portal) which debuted on the stages of the Money2020 event and now we can show it in front of the Finovate audience about which we are really excited!
It’s been quite a few months since our last post about introducing the Easy Invest function of our My Wealth (Wealth Portal) app at the Money2020 event. Since then, the members of our Innovation Lab have put in an endless effort to reiterate the product based on feedbacks from all over the market. We organized countless meetings and workshops with top banking executives and investment business branch leaders, had an outstanding presence on major banking and fintech conferences all over Europe.
Based on these experiences, we rolled up our sleeves and made Easy Invest even more simple and easy-to-understand, and we have expanded it with a few thrilling functions.
We are extremely excited that after countless hours in spent in front of whiteboards in meeting rooms, our team members have constructed an investing workflow, which will be able to bring the complicated world of investments closer to everyday people.
We believe that by understanding how investments work, people will become more confident with their investment decisions – making them more satisfied with the service offered by their bank. By supporting users with various helping hands along the way, our solution reduces abandonment rate during the investment process.
My Wealth (Wealth Portal) is built around the AI-driven hybrid approach model, and Easy Invest is no exception from this approach – by combining the power of technology and human relationships, we have maximized the efficiency of financial advisory and user satisfaction. Our Finovate Best of Show award winning chatbot is integrated into the flow and provides always accessible support.
We have also created educational content for every step of the investment process. The goal was to educate clients with real-world examples – just like in the successful and remarkably entertaining movie “The Big Short”, which made the much-complicated subprime mortgage crisis understandable even by everyday people.
