Gábor is co-founder, partner and also a prime contributor to the success of Dorsum. When trying to think of a name for the company, Gábor was fueled by the vision of a successful financial software business that set its sights high, and thus incorporated this into the name Dorsum, meaning summit or peak.
Being an IT expert, Gábor played an integral part in the development and deployment of the first versions of Clavis. His passion for creating software in smart ways to address the significant challenges of the money market made him the leader of Product Office, and, from 2006 to 2010, Development Manager. Gábor belongs to the lucky few of us who are able to pay great attention to detail yet never fail to see the broader perspective.
From 1995 to 1997, he was a member of the IT Committee at the Budapest Stock Exchange. As an IT expert, he participated in the work of the committee competent in stock exchange trading (MMTS) and selection. After having developed several of his own systems, Gábor then worked at Integra and Co. as an IT expert, developer and development manager until founding Dorsum.
Gábor, the father of two children, is a real cooking enthusiast, having a great taste for innovation in the kitchen too.
“A problem can be approached in two ways: one can spend energy trying to find the person responsible, or just solve the problem themselves.”
