Dorsum has received a “Family-friendly workplace” trademark

Dorsum has been recognized with a “Family-friendly workplace” trademark. The trademark is awarded to organizations where the employer considers and supports the fulfillment of the employees’ family obligations alongside work. We are proud that at Dorsum, we have created an environment where we not only focus on the employees’ work but also their well-being – both during and after working hours!

We provide Dorsum employees with nearly 50 different ways to improve work-life balance and to pursue their dreams. For example, we offer not only the possibility of working from home, but also flexible scheduling, as long as all deadlines are met. We also offer support with daycare or kindergarten fees, travel assistance, counseling, and discounted car and/or home loans.
