On May 31, Dorsum participated in the Financial IT conference organized by Portfolio in Budapest, where participants discussed domestic digital business challenges, global banking trends, new technologies (ESG, AI and cloud in banks) and innovations (open banking, CBDC and BNPL). At the event, Bálint Fischer, Dorsum’s Chief Business Development Officer, participated in two panel discussions: The “Innovative technologies at the service of business”, and the “Fintech success stories in Hungary – Is there a secret recipe?” panels.
During the panels we also shared key findings about communication preferences between clients and advisers, including automated chats with bots, citing Hungarian language versions as an example of the importance of having multiple languages for a bot when dealing with a large international client base (as part of tender 2018-1.1.2-KFI-2018-00006, “Hungarian language recognition, comprehension and reproduction as a chatbot service on multiple platforms”).
Excerpts can be watched in the below videos in Hungarian.
