Dorsum is attending the 23rd Banking & Insurance Forum in Warsaw between 21-22nd April in Warsaw. The congress brings together representatives of the banking sector and those who create the conditions for the sector as well as solution providers from companies cooperating with banks. The event is a unique and prestigious platform for exchanging views for the above-mentioned stakeholders. Its purpose is to gather all key people who have an impact on the development of the banking sector, enable participants to better understand the changes, as well as strengthen contacts and establish new relationships with potential partners. It is also a place for business meetings and dialogue with the administration. This year Maciej Swiderek, Country Manager Poland will participate in a panel discussion about “Digitalization as an irreversible trend”. The discussion will include a segment on key findings about communication preferences between clients and advisers, including automated chats with bots, citing Hungarian language versions as an example of the importance of having multiple languages for a bot when dealing with a large international client base (as part of tender 2018-1.1.2-KFI-2018-00006, “Hungarian language recognition, comprehension and reproduction as a chatbot service on multiple platforms”). These Hungarian examples can pave the way for Polish-speaking bots as well.
