DORSUM SECOND TIME AWARDED BEST USE OF IT IN WEALTH MANAGEMENT AT E-BANKING SUMMIT AWARDS 2017

Dorsum granted with E-banking Summit awards

Dorsum | Investment Software, a leading wealth management software provider in the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region was awarded Best Use of IT in Wealth Management at E-Banking Summit & Expo in Budapest on 31th of May 2017. After 2016 this is the second time in a row that Dorsum received the award. This represents the continuous outstanding achievement of the company. The aforementioned success, is an additional recognition for Dorsum after winning best of show in February at Finovate in London.

The E-banking Summit & Expo is a unique conference, it connects the ITC and Fintech companies with the banking and insurance sector. The presentations of the one-day-long conference covered the innovations, tendencies of the banking market, covering questions like; is the Hungarian banking sector ready for catching up or to modernize its IT systems and what are the newest digital solutions in pipeline.

As Dorsum has been always a leader in innovation, we usually represent ourselves at the most important conferences focusing on financial technology news. This is why we attended E-banking Summit as well, where Imre Rokob, Dorsum’s Director of Business Development held a presentation showing the newest chatbot solution. We believe that chatbots are the key for future client acquisition as there is a growing number of texting and mobile usage, for example in April 2017 Facebook Messenger reached 1.2 billion users. This was one of the main indicators for Dorsum to develop its chatbot platform, Botboarding, which enables financial institutions to connect with a broader customer base easily with texting. The chatbot guides the potential clients through the whole acquisition process until they become a new qualified prospect. The platform incorporates a human-like way of communication with traditional customer data gathering and user profiling in a fast and frictionless way. Real time analytics helps to optimize the bot’s behavior and seamless integration with CRM systems.

We are continuously search for the insights of the market and our clients to review our offerings. We see that we are on the right track, because we have experienced a great success with Botboarding already. Our chatbot is currently in delivery phase for two retail banks in Hungary. Moreover we have just launched our next chatbot for one of the biggest office developers in Dubai.” – said Imre Rokob, Director of Business Development.

Commenting on the firm’s triumph, Róbert Kő, CEO of Dorsum Co. Ltd. said: “We are honored to receive this outstanding award of E-banking Summit. This year we are celebrating our 20th anniversary, which we are really proud of. We always looked for ways to innovate our products and our company culture in order to offer the best available solutions in this competitive market space. We are proud that this philosophy has led us to be here and granted the Best use of IT in Wealth Management award second time in a row by the E-Banking Summit Awards.
